a Portland-based writer and director
After graduating from the University of Central Florida’s film program, Jamie made her way back to her birthstate of California after a 15 year vacation in Florida. After many years of writing screenplays and TV pilots, she created 2 web series. Hers & History starring Lindsey Shaw (Pretty Little Liars) and Mike Bailey (Skins) was acquired by Studio Canal and premiered on their streaming platform Studio Plus. Hers & History, as well as her other web series Slave 4U, is currently available on YouTube.
In addition to being a filmmaker, she also works as an unscripted TV producer. Most recently, she’s worked as a Story Producer on Generation Drag (Discovery+), Love Is Blind (Netflix), Hustlers Gamblers Crooks (Discovery) and Vegas Tow (Discovery).
In 2024 Jamie said “So long, Hollywood! It’s been fun!” and headed out to the Pacific Northwest to settle in Portland, OR. She simply ran out of hikes to do in California and wanted some fresh air.
In her spare time she volunteers for the Los Angeles LGBT Center, fosters kittens with the ASPCA, gets out into nature, writes fiction and screenplays, and dances her heart out.
